Skanska has announced its second prelet at the 94,000 sq ft Monument Building, EC3.
UnderwriteMe Technology Solutions, which provides business technology software to insurance companies, has taken 5,779 sq ft on the ninth floor of the building on a 10-year lease.
The development is due to complete in June and will provide 90,000 sq ft of office space with 4,000 sq ft of shops on the ground floor.
Last week Skanska announced its first prelet at the building to TwentyFour Asset Management.
The fixed-income asset management company has taken 9,601 sq ft on the eighth floor on a 10-year lease.
