Henderson Investors, on behalf of VV Real Property LP, has paid £12m to Berkeley Mansford for the freehold of the Hildreds Shopping Centre, Skegness.
The deal reflects a nominal net initial yield of over 8%.
Tenants in the 7,580 sq m (81,640 sq ft) retail scheme include Somerfield, WH Smiths, Superdrug and Our Price. Leases are reversionary.
Strutt & Parker and Drivers Jonas represented Henderson, while Berkeley Mansford was represented by Morgan Williams.
