Recruitment company Skillcapital has signed a 10-year lease for offices at 25 Bedford Street, WC2.
The firm has taken 7,800 sq ft on the first floor of the 42,951 sq ft building, at a rent of £63.50 per sq ft.
It will move from similar sized offices at 62 Threadneedle Street, EC2, and will join tenants including Anchor Trust and Phoenix Equity Partners.
