The property firm’s managing director (right) was paid a £500,000 salary topped up by £41,000 of benefits, taking his total to just over the previous year’s £538,000. Remuneration for development director Gerald Kaye (left) more than halved from 2010’s £903,000 – which included a £542,000 bonus – to £398,000 this year. Matthew Bonning-Snook and Duncan Walker are the only two directors to receive bonuses in 2011, taking their total remuneration to £419,000 and £256,000 respectively.
