Sloane Stanley has appointed Levy Real Estate to join its existing leasing team across its whole estate, which includes King’s Road and the Fulham Road neighbourhood in London.
Matt Paulson-Ellis and Liv England (pictured) will lead Levy Real Estate’s team. It will work alongside consultant Miles Commercial on retail and food and beverage opportunities for the estate.
Sloane Stanley property director Hannah Grievson said the appointment forms part of a new five-year strategy for the estate.
“Following a very successful 2022, we have been reviewing our long-term strategy for Sloane Stanley and have a clear vision of what we want to achieve within the next five years,” she said.
“Our main priority is to ensure we select creative and forward-thinking new entrants that are well received by the local community and visitors alike, but most importantly that are supported and successful.”
Paulson-Ellis said: “There are some very creative brands coming through that are seeking unique locations in Chelsea, and both the King’s Road and Fulham Road can provide these one-of-a-kind opportunities.”
Recent signings include nail bar Townhouse on King’s Road, as well as personal training business Ultimate Performance. A 5,095 sq ft space for the latter is set to launch early this year at 293 Fulham Road, and will form the brand’s flagship location, spanning two floors and a basement space.
