Slough Estates has bought the former headquarters of Glaxo Wellcome, 43 Rue Vineuse in Paris’ 16th arrondissement. It plans to totally refurbish the property to provide 4,500 m2 of offices with parking ready for occupation in 2000.
The UK developer has also prelet half of the second phase of its 50,000 m2 logistics centre at Cergy Pontoise on the outskirts of Paris to STACI at a rent of around FFr 310 per m2 pa.
