Slough’s Keypoint fills up

Keypoint-Slough-570

Two new tenants have signed for offices at the Keypoint development in Slough.

Learn Direct has signed for 6,600 sq ft on the first floor and software agency Innovise has taken 3,400 sq ft on the third floor, paying £14 per sq ft.

The 29,000 sq ft building is now more than 80% let, said letting agent RARE, which is advising the landlord, Anglian Water Group.

Guy Parkes, director at RARE, said: “We are finding that occupiers are looking for an opportunity to upgrade and position themselves for growth, while keeping overheads at a sensible level. Slough still represents excellent value for money.”

The tenants were not represented.
