Slough Estates is trialling a serviced office concept at its 600,000 sq ft Cambridge Research Park.
A 20,000 sq ft block broken into suites of 350-5,000 sq ft will be offered on renewable leases for up to three years, with the option to break on three months notice, and with an all-inclusive occupational charge.
Slough regional director John Danks said: “This is the first of its type in our portfolio.
“We already offer conventional leases and have leased buildings to Regus to offer as serviced offices. This sits somewhere in between.”
The 112-acre park lies five miles to the north of Cambridge city centre.
