Arrest warrants have been issued for Nigel Healy and Karen Chan after the pair, dubbed the slumhouse millionaires, failed to attend court for an eighth time.
The two are accused of breaching a criminal behaviour order requiring them to carry out work on their home in Plymouth Hoe, which is said to be in a dangerous condition.
Healy, who admitted breaching an interim order, was given 12 weeks to repair the waterfront property in February.
