Blackstone has leased 10,000 sq ft at St Katharine Docks, E1, to online betting exchange Smarkets.
It has agreed terms for the top floor of the seven-storey Commodity Quay building, which is now 86% let.
Blackstone bought St Katharine Docks via its acquisition of Nick Leslau and Mike Brown’s Max Property Group, which had been refurbishing the estate.
Rents in Commodity Quay are guided at £60 per sq ft by agents Savills, Ingleby Trice and Colliers International.
