JR Smart has lodged plans for an 84,000 sq ft speculative grade-A office block in Cardiff’s enterprise zone. The £24m scheme will be built on an eight-acre site at Capital Quarter.
It comes after the Welsh government bought JR Smart’s speculative 120,000 sq ft One Capital Quarter scheme in June, which is currently under construction. Subject to planning approval,
JR Smart hopes to begin work on the new block as soon as construction of One Capital Quarter completes in March.
