Smart Spaces adds 750,000 sq ft to its London portfolio

Smart Spaces has added 750,000 sq ft to its London portfolio following the implementation of its technology throughout major developments across the city.

The group’s smart platform, which connects every operational part of the user’s building, has now been deployed across Native Land’s Bankside Yards, Clearbell Capital’s 85 Gray’s Inn Road, WC1, and the Kodak Building at 65 Kingsway, WC2, LaSalle Investment Management’s Sixty London Wall, EC2, and the Kensington Building at 1 Wrights Lane, W8, owned by Ashby Capital.

The technology will be used to deliver a number of solutions across these buildings, including contactless access, QR code visitor invites, enhancing sustainability with indoor air quality and energy monitoring, and facilitating occupier experience apps.

Dan Drogman, chief executive of Smart Spaces (pictured), said: “Our platform provides an unrivalled experience for the office occupiers of today, future-proofing assets and reflecting the changing way in which people now want to live and work.

“We’re very proud to be deploying our smart tech across some of the capital’s most exciting new office schemes and to be the driving force behind powering more than 20m sq ft of London’s real estate.”

The group’s smart platform now operates across a global portfolio of 60m sq ft.
