Los Angeles-based beauty brand Smashbox Cosmetics has opened its first South East store at Bluewater in Kent.
The retailer has secured a 889 sq ft shop on a 10-year lease from Land Securities, co-owner and asset manager of the shopping centre.
Anuschka Kuhnel, brand manager at Smashbox Cosmetics, said: “The new Bluewater stand-alone store is an exciting step for the Smashbox Cosmetics brand, further marking our move of opening standalone stores outside the capital in select locations.”
This news follows the launch of the White Company’s upsized statement store earlier this month on Bluewater’s lower Guildhall, and the opening of Gap’s new UK concept store on the lower Rose Gallery in March.
CBRE and Time Retail Partners acted for Bluewater; JLL represented Smashbox Cosmetics.
