Online tools retailer Snap-on has begun looking at new offices of up to 20,000 sq ft in and around Reading.
The firm has appointed Lambert Smith Hampton to find it possible alternative offices for when its lease of around 30,000 sq ft at Suttons business park expires in the second half of 2013.
Snap-on joins a raft of occupiers on the hunt for Thames Valley space. Office requirements in the region increased 5.4% to almost 3m sq ft in the first quarter of 2012.
