The founder of portable hotel group Snoozebox, Robert Breare, is expected to leave the company after falling out with chairman David Morrison.
Breare has already stepped down as chief executive after a profit warning last month.
Finance director Chris Upton was dismissed after the company announced a £1.6m shortfall in its contract to house 3,500 security staff during last year’s Olympics.
Snoozebox uses converted shipping containers to create temporary hotels at large events.
