Helix Property Advisors has appointed Amy Soar as chief executive.
The former chief executive of the property management company, Robin Fell, will take on the role of vice chairman and will focus on new business generation.
Soar said: “It is such an exciting opportunity to grow and develop a successful business I really believe in. We are so lucky to employ such a great group of people and I look forward to leading the team to further success.”
Last month a trio of senior Helix employees – Yvonne Smith, Angela Duru and Jennifer Cottle – left to join Gerald Eve and strengthen its asset and facilities management services. However, Helix brought on Abigail van der Berg from Broadgate Estates as an associate director earlier this year and Laura Kelly will also be joining in August from Capital & Counties.
