SocGen signs 280,000 sq ft Canary Wharf prelet
Canary Wharf Group has signed a prelet agreement with Société Générale for 280,000 sq ft of office space in a building planned at 1 Bank Street, Canary Wharf, E14.
SocGen will take the ground and first to seventh floors at the 700,000 sq ft, 26-storey building on a 25-year lease.

SocGen will take the ground and first to seventh floors at the 700,000 sq ft, 26-storey building on a 25-year lease.
A rent of £47.50 per sq ft, with 36 months rent-free, starting from summer 2019 has been agreed.
SocGen has the option to hand back a lower floor of 31,000 sq ft at year 10, plus the option to take up additional space on the 8th and 9th floors.
