Sofia Megapark three-quarters let

Joint venture partners CA Immo Robul and Bank Austria Real Invest have signed new lease agreements for around 17,600 m² of space in their Megapark office complex in the Bulgarian capital, Sofia. About 75 % of the space has now been let. CA Immo has a share of 43.5 % in the project.

PPD is to be the largest new tenant (around 7,400 m²). Among the other large-scale tenants are leading global information services company Experian (about 2,900 m²); and Interoute, the largest fibre optic network operator worldwide (around 2,100 m²).

A further seven enterprises have been recruited as new tenants, including global hosting business Hostway (some 1,550 m²); SGS, the world’s leading inspection and certification company (around 1,250 m²); and shoe company Deichmann (about 500 m²). Prime rents in Sofia can reach up to €12 per m² a month.

Megapark is located between Sofia’s airport and city centre, offering some 45,000 m² of office space, a retail surface area of 3,000 m², and 500 parking spaces.
