Soho Estates posted a 7% uplift in the value of its investment properties to £548m for the year to the end of March.
In total, the company saw an unrealised £28.2m increase in the valuation of the portfolio and an operating profit of £21.2m.
Turnover at the private company was just under £27m.
Soho Estates was set up by Paul Raymond to invest in and manage property in the Soho district of London.
