Soho House has struck a deal to launch a new workspace concept at Allied London’s and Aerium’s Herbal House, EC1.
The group is under offer to lease 40,000 sq ft over the first four floors of 10 Back Hill.
The former Daily Mirror printing works, built in the 1920s, was bought by Allied London and Aerium for £26.1m in 2012. It has planning consent for a 126,000 sq ft mixed-use refurbishment project designed by Buckley Gray Yeoman.
It will be the first of the new concept that Soho House Group will roll out across London.
