Orchard Street Investment Management has put 33 Golden Square, W1, on the market for offers above £29.3m.
Michael Elliott is marketing the 17,173 sq ft, seven-storey office block, which Orchard Street acquired on behalf of St James’s Place Wealth Management for £23.5m in 2014.
The office is fully let to Clear Channel as its UK headquarters on a lease which expires in July 2026, at an average passing rent of £82.77 per sq ft.
