Footballer Sol Campbell has spoken out about his decision to abandon Labour over the proposed Mansion Tax.
In an Interview in The Times the owner of a Northumberland stately home and a £25m pad on Cheyne Walk in Chelsea said: “I love Labour, I love their mentality, but I don’t like the policies.”
Campbell has aspirations of one day seeking political office.
In another interview in The Times, Legal & General chief executive Nigel Watson also attacks the mansion Tax.
