The Solicitors Property Shop has been launched in north east England as a one-stop shop approach to buying and selling property.
It is a joint operation between firms of solicitors in the North East and the Edinburgh Solicitors Property Centre.
This first venture of its kind in England eliminates estate agents from property transactions and puts solicitors in the driving seat, according to the Financial Times. Changes in Law Society rules have made the new operation possible.
