Portuguese shopping centre specialist Sonae Sierra has been mandated to manage the development of a new mall in Zagreb, Croatia.
The 18,000 m2 Vrbani Shopping Centre, owned by Bluehouse Capital, will be built near the Jarun lake and will include 500 parking spaces.
“We are confident in our ability to create a first-class shopping centre for our client, Bluehouse Capital, and the inhabitants of Zagreb,” said Sonae’s chief executive, Fernando Guedes Oliveira.
