Sony is looking for up to 80,000 sq ft for its North West-based computer game design operations. Sony Computer Entertainment has instructed Liverpool-based Rice Consulting to identify options in Liverpool, Manchester and the M56 and M62 corridors for occupancy by the third quarter of 2014. The requirement is for 40,000 to 80,000 sq ft, depending on whether Sony moves one or both of its offices, which are at Liverpool’s Wavertree Technology Park and Runcorn.
