The UK arm of Sotheby’s estate agency has been purchased by two billionaires, who have major expansion plans for the business.
Robin Paterson, who made a fortune with Hamptons estate agency, and Hong Kong property tycoon Chris Palmer, bought the Realty franchise. They plan to invest £7m to grow the business in London and the home counties.
