FirstRand Bank has signed a lease for a new City office at Austin Friars House , EC2.
The South African bank has agreed a 10-year lease on 9,015 sq ft across the sixth, lower ground and basement levels. It will pay £48 per sq ft.
The newly refurbished Austin Friars House has around 24,000 sq ft left vacant. Other tenants already signed up include Bravura Solutions and BUPA.
Savills and Gryphon Property Partners are letting agents on the building.
