South Bank Square plans 800 homes in NI

Housebuilding-THUMB.jpegPlans have been submitted for one of the largest residential schemes in Northern Ireland to Derry City & Strabane District Council for approval.

South Bank Square’s 800-home scheme at Ballyoan will have an end value of around £100m.

South Bank Square managing director Seamus Gillan said: “This is an exciting urban development that will deliver quality family homes in a neighbourhood environment that will include community, retail and business facilities, as well as new local play areas and public space.”

Turley is providing ongoing advice with the scheme and designs for the Crescent Link/Clooney Road site have been developed alongside local practice ASI Architects.
