The 11,638 sq ft property includes the showroom on the ground floor and is being offered freehold with development potential. It has an estimated rental value of £554,000 pa.
Planning consent has been implemented for five new luxury flats and two floors of offices above the showroom.
There is scope for this to be changed into grade-A offices, a boutique hotel or serviced apartments.
Michael Elliot has been instructed to market the block, which it is selling on behalf of a SPV.
