Southampton Humberts director resigns

The director of the Humberts office in Southampton has resigned.

Andrew Archibald, who had been based at the Humberts office in Ocean Village, left the agency last night.

He will join niche firm Keygrove Chartered Surveyors as a co-owner with founder Richard Nevines.

Archibald has worked in the Southampton commercial property market for 20 years, but said he decided not to stay on with Humberts following the company’s buy out of administration by Salah Mussa’s Mercantile Group last week.

Nevines said: “We are delighted that someone of Andrew’s experience and calibre has come to join us at Keygrove and it will bring a new dimension to the comprehensive service we can offer our clients.

“Andrew has a wealth of knowledge and many loyal clients.”
