Southampton Leisure will hold an extraordinary meeting on July 3 to vote on a proposal to unseat Rupert Lowe as chairman of Southampton football club and the rest of the five-man board.
The proposal comes from Michael Wilde, the property developer who owns nearly 25% of the company.
Wilde wants to replace the board with his own candidates.
