CBRE’s South Coast office has hired three employees to aid expansion plans for the region.
Pictured from left, Simon Wilmot-Wilkinson and Craig Powell have both been appointed associate directors, while Callum Paddock joins as a graduate.
Wilmot-Wilkinson is relocating from CBRE’s Bristol office and Powell from Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell.
CBRE regional managing director, James Brounger said: “Both Simon and Craig bring a wealth of experience in their fields which will enable us to bring further added value to the services we provide on both local and national scale.”
