Southern Housing Group has bought 173 flats in Sussex from A2Dominion.
It paid £13.5m for the assets, which are in Brighton & Hove and Lewes.
Stephen Ross, reinvestment director at Southern Housing Group, said: “The successful conclusion of this stock transfer of a mixed tenure portfolio responds to the group’s stock rationalisation strategy to maximise resources within our heartland areas.”
