Modular smart-home developer Project Etopia has appointed Andrew Southern as chief real estate officer.
Southern is the founder and chairman of residential developer Southern Grove and student accommodation specialist Future Generation.
Project Etopia specialises in turn-key modular homes with renewable energy generators, intelligent heating and cooling systems and smart-home technology.
This year, Project Etopia appointed Lord Stanley Fink as its Chairman. It also opened a new factory in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire, with a capacity to produce 2,000 panelised homes a year.
