Southwark Council has approved GH/AH Bear Lane’s plans to redevelop 33-36 Bear Lane, SE1, into a 70,000 sq ft office-led mixed-use scheme.
The approved plans include demolishing the existing buildings and constructing an eight-storey development with a single basement, and two retail units on the ground floor.
The SPPARC architects-designed scheme is car-free and will include space for 92 bicycles.
