Southwark council says yes to mixed-use scheme

 

Niche developer Q Developments has been given the go ahead for a mixed-use scheme in Southwark, SE1.

London Borough of Southwark gave permission last week for Q’s development at 61-63 Great Suffolk Street, comprising 173 residential units, 26,910 sq ft of commercial space and a café , in a nine-storey building.

 

The existing warehouses on site will be demolished.

 

The scheme was designed by architect Conran & Partners, and King Sturge advised Q Developments.
