Cresswick has received planning permission from the Southwark Council for a 360-bed student accommodation scheme and 53 affordable homes.
The Sidings development on Railway Rise, SE22, is currently a builder’s merchant yard. The scheme will also provide 7,500 sq ft of light industrial and affordable workspace.
The scheme will see the demolition of existing structures and the construction and operation of three multi-storey blocks ranging from three to seven-storeys high.
