Housing association Southway Housing Trust is planning to turn a site that it acquired for its new headquarters in Manchester into a residential-led scheme.
The trust is consulting on pre-application plans to deliver 76 homes at Didsbury Point, as well as a medical centre and 60 car-parking spaces. The scheme will include affordable rent and shared-ownership homes.
The brownfield site was previously part of the former Withington Community Hospital.
The scheme was designed by Buttress Architects using Passivhaus principles.
