Sovereign Network Group has selected Vistry to deliver a 575-home scheme in Ealing, west London, worth £157m.
The scheme, called Merrick Place, is fully partner-funded. It aims to create mixed-tenure homes along with commercial floorspace across four separate buildings. It will also include affordable homes for rent, shared ownership and PRS.
The development will be a car-free zone, featuring 926 spaces for bicycle parking and two servicing bays, located on Merrick Road.
Greg Fitzgerald, chief executive at Vistry Group, said: “Not only are we bringing forward 575 much-needed new mixed-tenure homes for the local community, but the scheme is also facilitating new job and apprenticeship opportunities for local residents. We are proud to be playing a key part in the innovative ambitions for the transformational regeneration of Ealing and to extend our work with the newly-merged Sovereign Network Group.”
David Gooch, executive director of development for London and Herts at SNG, said: “The Merrick Place project in Ealing is a flagship scheme within SNG’s London New Homes Programme.”
