Space North West, the joint venture partnership between Ashtenne Industrial Fund and the Homes and Communities Agency, has been granted planning consent for an 18,000 sq ft gym at Liverpool Innovation Park.
Work will begin on site on the gym, which will be let to Ben Dunne Gyms, in May.
Wayne Locke, director at Ashtenne, said: “Securing planning approval for this facility is another step forward in creating improved facilities for our occupiers and for the local area.”
