IWG’s Spaces has agreed to prelet 30,000 sq ft at the €160m (£142m) Horgan’s Quay development in Cork, Ireland.
The scheme is being developed by HQ Developments, a joint venture between Clarendon Properties and BAM. It includes three Grade-A office buildings extending to 310,000 sq ft, as well as 325 apartments, a 120-bedroom hotel.
The first office block is due for completion in summer 2020, with Spaces expected to move in the autumn.
