Spearmint Rhino is to open what it claims will be “the biggest strip club in the world” at the DNA Nightclub in central Birmingham.
The US-based table-dance giant has taken a 25-year lease on the 21,500 sq ft (2,000 sq m) club, at an undisclosed rent.
Owned by Dynamic, the club premises on John Bright Street comprise three floors and date back to 1915, when it was a cinema.
Edward Symmons & Partners advised Dynamic, while Knight Frank Rutley acted for Spearmint Rhino.
