Speedy Asset Services has taken a 10-year lease on a 61,184 sq ft shed in Scotland.
The building, at 85 Fullarton Drive in Cambusland, is owned by John Menzies.
The equipment and tool hire company will take a full repairing and insuring lease, with a quoting rent at £325,000 pa or £5.30 per sq ft.
The building was previously occupied by Menzies Distribution, the newspaper and magazine distribution division of John Menzies.
