Spen Hill has scooped lettings to Euler Trade Indemnity and ABN Amro Bank at its Norfolk House office scheme, central Manchester.
Euler Trade Indemnity has taken a fifteen-year lease on part of the third floor which comprises 649 sq m (6,988 sq ft), at a rental of £215 per sq m (£20 per sq ft).
ABN Amro Bank has taken 999 sq m (10,752 sq ft) on the first floor, also at a rental of £215 sq m (£20 per sq ft) and on a ten year lease.
The two deals mean the 4,924 sq m (53,000 sq ft) speculative office scheme is now fully let.
Jim Clarkson at Insignia Richard Ellis said: “The final two lettings for Spen Hill’s development mark the conclusion to an impressive list of strong covenants for Norfolk House. Alongside newcomers Euler Trade Indemnity and ABN Amro Bank, sit existing tenants Zurich Insurance, Watson Wyatt and Coutts & Co.”
Dunlop Heywood Lorenz acted for Euler Trade Indemnity and Weatherall Green & Smith acted for ABN Amro Bank.
