Speyhawk Land & Estates have bought a portfolio of eight properties around the south-west sector of the M25 from the National Bus Co for some £10.5m.
The properties are situated in Addlestone, Dorking, Godstone, Guildford, Leatherhead, Reigate, Staines and Warlingham.
The properties are all occupied on short leases and are located on town-centre sites ranging from 1 acre to some 3 1/4 acres in size.
“The sites will be suitable for development as commercial and housing sites, in some cases combining both uses,” explains Andrew Whitehorn, managing director of Speyhawk Land & Estates.
