Technical service provider SPIE UK has become the first business to sign for space at Clyde Gateway’s One Rutherglen Links, part of the Rutherglen Links business park in South Lanarkshire, Scotland.
SPIE will occupy the top two floors of the 43,000 sq ft property, consolidating three offices into a single headquarters and bringing 141 staff together from other locations.
Lord Smith of Kelvin, the chair of Clyde Gateway, said: “SPIE is part of what is a very welcome surge in the number of firms and organisations who recognise just how much Clyde Gateway can offer. Around 85% of the 500,000 sq ft of completed business space at Rutherglen Links is now occupied.”
