Allied London has completed almost 25,000 sq ft of lettings at its Spinningfields scheme in Manchester.
As a result, the first phase of restaurants overlooking Irwell Square is now more than 80% pre-let, with Strada, Bar Ha Ha, Café Rouge and Indian restaurant Shimla Pink all taking new stores at the scheme.
Shimla Pink has taken the largest site a 7,500 sq ft restaurant. The three other operators have taken between 5,500 sq ft and 5,800 sq ft. Leases range from 20 to 25 years, all with five yearly rent reviews.
Spinningfields opens in spring 2009.
Markham Vaughan Gillingham and GVA Grimley are joint letting agents at the scheme.
