CBRE has bought 1 The Avenue, in Spinningfields, Manchester, from IM Properties for £20m on behalf of EIPC UK.
The 50,000 sq ft building is fully let. Australasia, Armani, Outsourcery, Brewin Dolphin and Pinsent Masons are among tenants.
