Spirit Pub Company added 11 new properties to its estate in the 12 weeks to 16 August.
The assets were put into the firm’s managed division and will be converted into Spirit brands over the coming weeks.
The company, which operates pubs under brands such as Flaming Grill, said like-for-like sales rose by 2.1% at its managed pubs in the quarter.
