Patrizia Hanover Property Unit Trust has signed a sportswear supplier to take almost 25,000 sq ft at its business part in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.
Mitchell & Ness has taken a 10-year lease on Building 1000 on the 650-acre Westcott Venture Park.
The 24,440 sq ft distribution warehouse incorporates 4,000 sq ft of offices. It will pay a rent of £293,280 per annum.
Damon Briggs, vice-president of international at Mitchell & Ness, said: “[This facility] will not only boost staff morale but also provide us with additional space to elevate our UK and European operations to new heights. Over the next three to five years, we have ambitious plans to significantly grow our business.”
Max Pearson, senior associate at Patrizia, added: “We are proud of what has been achieved at Westcott over the past few years which has been reflected in the high-calibre occupiers we have attracted and continue to retain on the site.”
